This data is meticulously captured and organized into structured Excel spreadsheets, which are then uploaded to an orchestrator queue for further processing. This system not only streamlines the data extraction process but also ensures that the information is consistent, accurate, and readily available for analysis and decision-making.

Developed a sophisticated graphical user interface (GUI) application for a comprehensive food billing system using Python and the Tkinter library. This intuitive system facilitates efficient order processing and billing management for a variety of food items, enhancing the ordering experience for users and streamlining backend operations for businesses. The system's cleanly designed GUI allows users to input their name, select food items from categories such as sweets, snacks, and pickles, adjust quantities, and view an automatically updated total cost. It features dynamic order processing capabilities that handle multiple item selections simultaneously, providing instant feedback on cost calculations. Upon completion of the selection process, the system generates a detailed receipt that includes the customer's name, date, list of items purchased, quantities, and the total cost. This receipt can be saved, printed, or sent to the customer via email, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. Backend operations are robustly designed to manage data manipulation and calculation accurately, supporting the system's ability to provide reliable pricing and total aggregation. The application also includes functionalities for session data storage, allowing users to make adjustments before finalizing the bill.

Developed an advanced machine learning model to accurately identify and extract license plate numbers from vehicle images using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm. This comprehensive system integrates Python with OpenCV and Numpy to enhance image processing for optimal character recognition. The process begins with capturing vehicle images, followed by sophisticated preprocessing to improve image clarity and contrast, preparing them for effective license plate detection. Utilizing advanced image processing techniques, the system isolates the license plate area and employs the KNN algorithm to accurately recognize and classify each character on the plate. This approach achieved an impressive F1 score of 92.56%, demonstrating high precision and reliability under various lighting conditions and angles, which is essential for real-world applications.
